SUBJECT: Request to Postpone Bill 37 •
I respectfully request that Bill 37, regarding the Code of Ethics, be postponed from the
July 1, 2015 Finance Committee meeting until the July 23, 2015 Finance Committee
meeting. I will not be attending the rescheduled July 1, 2015 Finance Committee
meeting as I was previously committed to be on Oahu for the
Transient Accommodations Tax Working Group meeting and a portion of the 2015
Hawai`i Thought Leaders Public Infrastructure meeting.
