Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), llawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities. and liabilities
regarding the above-entitled matter, a negligence lawsuit filed on June 8, 2015. We ask that this
case be placed on the Council's July 24, 2015, agenda.
