Pursuant to Council Rule No. 2(12)(c), I am requesting forty-five (45) minutes on the July 23,
2015 Committee meeting day for an informational presentation by Director Martin Fletcher on
Hawai`i Community College Palamanui University Center. Director Fletcher will do a
presentation describing the Hawai`i Community College Palamanui system that provides hands-
on learning in a natural and cultural environment, small classes and affordable tuition.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate Committee.
