SUBJECT: Requesting Update on Audio and Visual Communication Improvements
for Hilo and West Hawai`i Council Chambers
Director Warren Lee and David Lyman of Department of Public Works, Director Don
Jacobs of Department of Information Technology, Corporation Counsel Molly Stebbins
and County Clerk Stewart Maeda is requested to provide the status on improving the
Audio and Visual Communications for Hilo and West Hawai`i Council Chambers as a
follow-up to Communication No. 182 from the March 17, 2015 Committee Meeting.
I respectfully request that this matter be placed on the July 24, 2015 Council agenda.
