Subject: Testimony in Favor of Bill 37
I generally support this bill and its clarification and strengthening of the -Ethics Code.
Although I agree that all candidates for an office should be invited to Union campaign events
held on County property, I wonder what the effect would be if the County/State had the
integrity to insist on changing the next Union contracts to prohibit campaiging using county
time and property.
I personally oppose campaigning on county property and do not think the Unions should have
favored status.
