Re; PROPOSED BILL N0:50 DRAFT 8
As neighbors to the proposed developement we are concerned
about the changes that have and have not taken place since
the project was last presented here in Kailua-Kona.
1. The number of lots in the project have increased, the
. proposed park has been down sized and there are others.
2. The developers have not convinced us that the slope of
Kuakini intersection at a would-be Mauka-Makai connector
on the north end of the project is physically prohibitive.
The existing grade at Lako Street to Kuakini appears Uo be
even greater. I~o/
