BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 14, article 11, section 14-66 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: "Section 14-66. Purpose. SECTION 2. Chapter 14, article 11, section 14-67 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: "Section 14-67. Definitions. [(a)] As used in this article: "Area coordinator" means a neighborhood watch member designated as the communitv's liaison with the police department. "County highway" means every highway, street, or roadway under the jurisdiction and control of the County of Hawaii.
