Dear Chair Kanuha and Members of the Hawai`i County Council:
RE: 2016 HSAC LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE TIMELINE
At the Hawaii State Association of Counties (HSAC) General Membership
meeting on June 24, 2015, the following timeline was approved with respect to
formulating the 2016 HSAC Legislative Package:
SEPTEMBER 11, 2015 - Deadline to receive proposals from each County to
be included in the 2016 HSAC Legislative Package
SEPTEMBER 21, 2015 - Schedule HSAC Executive Committee Meeting to
discuss and act on all proposals submitted by the
Counties. Approved proposals will then be
forwarded to each County for their consideration.
NOVEMBER 27, 2015 - Deadline for the Counties to approve the proposed
2016 HSAC Legislative Package.
DECEMBER 11, 2015 - Schedule HSAC Executive Committee Meeting to
approve the final 2016 HSAC Legislative Package.
