PC-10 July 23, 2015 Bill 69: AMENDS CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 2, DIVISION 4, SECTION 25-2-46 OF THE HAWAIʻI COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO CONCURRENCY REQUIREMENTS Provides that the Council may waive water supply requirements for zoning amendments for those applications with a minimum lot size of five acres on lands designated by the State Land Use Commission and the County General Plan for Agriculture or Rural purposes in areas without a public water system and where the Department of Water Supply has no plans to build a public water system.
