Please find attached Bill No. 33, Draft 2. Bill No. 33 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 200.4, as duly approved by the Environmental Management Committee
during its meeting on July 23, 2015.
Subsequent to amendment, Bill No. 33, Draft 2, was referred to the Director of
Environmental Management and the Environmental Management Commission for their
comments and recommendations.
