I strongly oppose Bill 32. I feel that taking my trash to the dump is a service that I provide to the county. Making me pay to throw out my trash is an insult. The cost living is really high here. Times are hard for everyone. I worry about buying food for my family and don't want to worry about having money to throw my trash. In the old days we could burn our trash and by the way that's free. We might have to go back to that. Also allowing one free 33 gallon bag a week is ridiculous. Most families here have more than four people living in their home. I have a family of 6. I estimate paying between $60 - $80 a month for trash and that is not affordable. You should come up with ideas to encourage recycling. Teach the people on how to recycle. Show that leaders in the council are recycling so we can follow their lead. Make recycling convenient. You could make drop off points within the community for recycling. I hope we can come up with a better solution than making us pay. Mahalo for your time, © U; n CDC-) Duchess Aranaydo C C= . ca - C7 Yr7 CD CO Ref. To- T lem .. Ref, Date JUL'2 4 24th
