How about letting us dump up to 7 free bags per week instead of the one free bag per day? I also think you should allow us to dump TWO (2) extra bags per day at a cost of $1.00. Remember, we make trash because we now have a lot of trash generating BIG BOX stores on the island like Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, Walmart, Target, KMart, etc. When we didn't have these stores, we threw away less stuff.
