No. 215-15 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 5:35 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 215-15, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 215-15, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 365 <br /> dated July 7, 2015, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year <br /> for a multi-year agreement with Oceanic Time Warner Cable. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year agreement at a cost of$1,500 per month to <br /> increase the County's interne bandwidth speed from 20 megabytes to 100 megabytes.
