I/we elect to drive on the Property, it shall be entirely at my/our own risk. No vehicle shall have
attachments being pulled, such as trailers. No motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, or any other such
vehicles shall be allowed. Uwe shall be physically present with my/our party at all times and enforce
all policies of the owner and grazing lessees. This Right-of--Entry is not assignable.
The following people intend to enter the Property with melus and, by their signatures below, agree
to abide by the Rules of Conduct and Grazing Rules and the Release and Indemnity provisions and
other terms and conditions ofthis Agreement, including attached "Rules of Conduct" and "Policy on
Right-of-Entry":
