RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council for expenses relating to the 2015 Filipino American Heritage Month
Celebration and Barrio Fiesta.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
