I want to sincerely thank Councilman Danny Paleka and his wonderful staff (Shan and Jordan) for helping to coordinate our first La Ho'iho'i Ea: Hawaiian Kingdom Restoration Day in the County Council Chambers this past Friday, July 31, 2015. Mahalo also to Kehau, and Janette and the building staff who have all demonstrated the true spirit of aloha in their professional service. Keep up the great work! I also want to thank Councilwoman Margaret Wille (and Nino), as well as Councilwoman Valerie Poindexter for joining us for part of the day. I read Margaret Wille's Draft General Plan, and she did an amazing job of compiling and condensing a lot of information. Her overarching principles of Malama 'Aina, Pono, and Kuleana, and how these Hawaiian values guide our policies regarding environment, social, cultural, and economic well being is well founded and easy to understand. Although there are a few specific points which will require more research on my part before agreeing to, in the big picture... Margaret put together a pono and useful document for Hawai'i. Last Friday's Hawaiian Kingdom event right here in this room, was not a packed house, but we are truly grateful that people had an opportunity to help bring more recognition to the continuity of the Hawaiian Kingdom. We shared vy important information while we continue to build more community awareness and trust. We shared and discussed with aloha, about crisis issues and unconstitutional regulations that are seriously threatening life and liberty here in Hawai'i and everywhere in America. Hawai'i's true political status, although sometimes controversial, is a unique opportunity for education, protection, and meaningful remedy.* We are a growing community of truth seekers. Political activists, educators, artists, farmers, business owners, families and even you folks... government officials. What most meaningfully binds us together, is hopefully, our quest for truth and pono (righteousness). Natural Law, or God's Law is the unwritten law that governs the Universe. Both the US Constitution and the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution are based on Natural / Universal / Common Law. It is the law that always was, and always will be. If there is no damage, no injury, or loss ... then there is no crime. Unlawfulness is ruining our lives, usurping unalienable rights, and poisoning our 'aina. Education is the key. Comm. Ido. 9G Ref. Date _AUG 0I 201 We have mountains of evidence and generations of experience that clearly show that the greatest threat to our "aina, our community, and our economic well being are unconstitutional, man made statutory laws Imposed upon an uneducated, distracted, and disempowered people. Once again, education is the key. Education that builds understanding and trust, because to effectively protect our land and culture, we need akamal people standing in unity. And with that I have been encouraged by many, and would like to see our County support and partner with the newly forming Hawai'I Natural Law Society. Our experience of uncensored information sharing and discussion was very helpful. I want to have the Hawai'i Natural Law Society meet here in this room once a month for the next six months,'and we can monitor our effectiveness and progress. Like County meetings, we will post agendas and speakers prior to the day, and will invite all stakeholders to participate. From page 13 section P-7 in Margaret's draft general plan: 'Provide government to government forums with representatives of the Kingdom of Hawai'i." Although Hawaiian Kingdom does not have a du jour government yet, this opportunity and process in collaboration with Hawai'i County is exactly the kind of program we should all nurture and support. Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP): TPP is the secret Pacific regional treaty of the "New World Order', that Congress and the People are not allowed to read, except for 4 chapters out of 29. Even with that, these four chapters were only made available through Wikileaks, and not through any transparent effort of those that have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution from all foreign and domestic enemies. Let's be clear, if a group or individual chooses to support or ignore unconstitutional mandates and laws, such individuals are committing treason. Such individuals have become enemies of the Constitution, and thus, are enemies of the We the People. They are in enmity with God's law, Natural / Common Law. 7/31/15 - Press Release from Wikileaks "Target Tokyo" Friday 31 July 2015, 9am LEST, WikiLeaks published °Target Tokyo", 35 Top Secret .NSA targets in Japan including the Japanese cabinet and Japanese companies such as Mitsubishi, together with intercepts relating to US -Japan relations, trade negotiations and sensitive climate change strategy. The list indicates that NSA spying on Japanese conglomerates, government officials, ministries and senior advisers extends back at least as far as the first administration of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, which lasted from September 2006 until September 2007. The telephone interception target list includes the switchboard for the Japanese Cabinet Office; the executive secretary to the Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga; a line described as "Government VIP Line"; numerous officials within the Japanese Central Bank, including Governor Haruhiko Kuroda; the home phone number of at least one Central Bank official; numerous numbers within the Japanese Finance Ministry; the Japanese Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry Yoichi Miyazawa; the Natural Gas Division of Mitsubishi; and the Petroleum Division of Mitsui. Today's publication also contains NSA reports from intercepts of senior Japanese government officials. Four of the reports are classified TOP SECRET. One of the reports is marked "REL TO USA, AUS, CAN, GBR, NZL', meaning it has been formally authorized to be released to the United States"'Five Eyes" intelligence partners: Australia, Canada, Great Britain and New Zealand. The reports demonstrate the depth of US surveillance of the Japanese government, indicating that intelligence was gathered and processed from numerous Japanese government ministries and offices. The documents demonstrate intimate knowledge of internal Japanese deliberations on such issues as: agricultural imports and trade disputes; negotiating positions in the Doha Round of the World Trade Organization; Japanese technical development plans, climate change policy, nuclear and energy policy and carbon emissions schemes; correspondence with international bodies such as the International Energy Agency (IEA); strategy planning and draft talking points memoranda concerning the management of diplomatic relations with the United States and the European Union; and the content of a confidential Prime Ministerial briefing that took place at Shinzo Abe's official residence. Julian Assange, WikiLeaks Editor -in -Chief, said: "In these documents we see the Japanese government worrying in private about how much or how little to tell the United States, in order to prevent undermining of its climate change proposal or its diplomatic relationship. And yet we now know that the United States heard everything and read everything, and was passing around the deliberations of Japanese leadership to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. The lesson for Japan is this: do not expect a global surveillance superpower to act with honor or respect. There is only one rule: there are no rules." . (Update: Fortunately, the recent TPP meeting in Honolulu did not complete the deal as globalists had planned for. The above leaked information from Wikileaks about US spying on the Japanese Government had a decidedly chilling effect on negotiations. Trans Pacific Partnership has been put on hold for now ... but you know, these types of secret and unaccountable global regulations are sure to rise from the "dead" again. AIIB to use U.S. dollar as settlement currency: source (Korea Herald) The China -led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is expected to use the U.S. dollar as its currency of settlement, a diplomatic source here said Monday, despite Beijing's ambition for the internationalization of China's yuan. Fifty-seven countries, including South Korea, became founding members of the AIIB, which is seen as a potential counterbalance to U.S. and Japan -led multilateral lenders such as the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. The U.S. and Japan did not join the AIIB. The source, who was involved in the fourth round of a preparatory meeting in Beijing late last month before signing the charter of the AIIB by the end of June, also said the members have agreed to raise an initial capital of the new lender to US$100 billion, compared with an original target of $50 billion. "There is a consensus among members that the U.S. dollar would be included in the charter as the currency of settlement," the source said on the condition of anonymity. Although no final agreement has yet to be reached, the source said the AIIB's Asian members, including Russia, would have a combined 75 percent stake in the new lender, while the remaining 25 percent would go to non-Asian members. Russia, which is part of the World Bank and the ADB as a European member, joined the AIIB as an Asian member. The Monsanto Protection Act: U.S. House Committee on Agriculture has been busy signing off on a bill that will destroy any likelihood of labeling genetically -modified foods. Known as "HR 1599" by the government and "The Mother of All Monsanto Protection Acts" or the "Deny Americans the Right to Know" Act (DARK Act) by the public. Ronnie Cummings, the National Director of the Organic Consumers Association "H.R. 1599 doesn't come close to satisfying consumer demand for labeling. It creates the framework for a government -run voluntary labeling scheme, while shutting down states' rights to require mandatory labeling. Who in their right mind believes that corporations that spent hundreds of millions of dollars to keep labels off their GMO foods are suddenly going to voluntarily label them after this bill passes?" He adds that the approval of HR 1599 "would also guarantee the FDA never conducts independent, pre -market safety testing on GMO foods." There is mounting research proving GMOs have been linked to cancer, birth defects, and sterility.Some genetically -modified foods contain increased amounts of pesticides like glyphosate. According to research by the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health there is a link between some pesticides and a significantly increased risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma—cancer of the lymphatic system. In this type of cancer, tumors of the lymph nodes or within the lymph system can form. According to the review of 44 studies, SO active ingredients in 21 classes of chemicals, researchers found that exposure to glyphosate, the primary ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup pesticide, doubles the risk of this deadly cancer. Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act ( CISA ), is really a massive government surveillance bill, than a lawful cybersecurity bill. CISA gives immunity to mega internet entities like Google, Yahoo, and Facebook etc.. for handing over all digital communications to the NSA. Patriot whistleblower, and former NSA contractor, Edward Snowden correctly calls dragnet national surveillance are the most powerful tool of oppression in human history. (News update: Fight for the Future, an Internet advocacy group from Boston reports that they have collected over 6 million people who want to stop CISA dead in its tracks! Because of such massive support to end the CISA threat, there is a real possibility that the upcoming vote will be postponed, or for now, we hope... cancelled!} So there it is ... and if you've been paying attention, beyond the mainstream propaganda you know that these are just a few of an ever expanding array of crime against the unalienable rights of people.
