Page 2 FC-13 August 4, 2015 Comm. 378: PERFORMANCE AUDIT REPORT: COUNTY OF HAWAIʻI’S PURCHASING CARD (P-CARD) PROGRAM From Legislative Auditor Bonnie S. Nims, dated July 17, 2015, transmitting the above report in accordance with Hawaiʻi County Charter Section 3-18(d)(2). The purpose of the audit was to determine whether internal controls currently in place were adequate to reduce the risk of fraud and misuse, to evaluate the appropriateness of P-Card transactions, and to identify potential areas for improvement. ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 234-15: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR ONE COPIER FOR THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a four-year lease agreement for a copier at an approximate cost of $250 per month.
