We received a request to authorize a passenger loading zone in front
183 Keawe Street, formerly Central Pacific Bank. The new owners have
established a non -alcohol, non-smoking disco and fountain at this
location. Because of the high youth profile of their customers, many
to be dropped off and picked up by their parents.
