Parked vehicles on this side of the roadway reduces the available turning radius for motorists entering Ululani Street from Ponahawai Street. The proposed no parking zone will provide additional maneuvering space and improve traffic safety at this intersection. We request that the -attached proposed bill of the Hawaii County Code,* Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-280, Schedule 28 (No Parking Anytime) under South Hilo, be amended.
