Amends Operating Budget
by Increasing Compensation Adjustment Account
Bill No. 94 was submitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro in response to his veto of
portions of the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000. This measure proposed to
increase the provision for Compensation Adjustment account by $561,113 to provide
funding for cost increases granted by the SHOPO arbitration panel.
This bill was tabled indefinitely at the Council's meeting of June 6, 1999.
I would recommend filing this bill since the operating budget for FY 1999-2000 has
passed and the measure is moot.
