RESOLUTION NO. 260 15
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT AWARD OF
$50,000 FROM THE CITIES FOR FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT FUND TO
SUPPORT THE OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT'S
DIRECT DEPOSIT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has been
selected to receive a $50,000 grant award from the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used to support the OHCD's implementation of a Direct
Deposit Incentives program; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Housing and Community Development recommends the
acceptance of this grant award; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the Council
of the County of Hawaii accepts this grant award.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of Hawaii shall transmit
copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, the Finance Department, and to the OHCD.
