Aloha my name is Frank caprioni and I'm a father of two kids were are all born and raised in Hawaii and it has bothered me for a
while how the state funds the use of pesticides spraying on the sides of roads and parks near schools our ocean and streams I believe
it's a very irresponsible way to manage the " weeds " and can definitely be done a different way. We please ask you to stop this
practice because it is now known that these pesticides are very harmful to not jus humans but plants and animals please stop This
