This is a popular pedestrian area used by children, dog walkers, moms and dads, elderly and pretty much every human living nearby. In the video you can see the wind blowing the trees in the background and wonder how much roundup ended in a different area than intended. I speak for the people that do not know that Roundup is being sprayed indiscriminately in their front yards, who are being poisoned just by walking outside their own homes. I'm speaking for the children who are being contaminated by simply walking to the bus or even playing outside their own homes and schools. There is a HUGE consensus on the dangers of Roundup, I will not go into details because I truly believe you have been listening to the hundreds of us sharing the scientific research with you. I believe that you know in your hearts this bill is the right thing to do and we as a community need to do better. Mahalo to Margaret Willie in drafting this bill and I will stand behind you 100% as will many many others.
