Capital Budget
This is to transmit Bill 46, Draft 3 relating to the Capital Budget for the fiscal year 1999-2000.
Drafr 3 includes amendments which added a new Section 7 to the bill, changed the name of Alii
Highway to Kahului-Keauhou Parkway and emphasized the desire of the Council for the mayor
to first consider projects listed in Bond Ordinance No. 99-41 for funding and implementation
(Section 5).
