SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2,ARTICLE 42 OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION,AS AMENDED),RELATING TO PUBLIC
ACCESS, OPEN SPACE,AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION.
Please find attached a bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 42 of the Hawai`i
County Code relating to Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation.
I am requesting that this bill be placed on the September 15, 2015, Finance Committee Meeting
agenda.
