R E: Transfer ofFunds -Charter Commission
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Hawaii County Charter, attached is a resolution transferring
$20,000 out and from the Miscellaneous Insurance Claims and Judgment account and
crediting same to the Charter Commission account.
The $20,000 is in addition to the $10,000 previously budgeted. With a total
appropriation of $30,000, the Charter Commission should be able to begin its review.
Additional funds will be included in the 1999-2000 operating budget.
The previous Charter Commission expended $111,350 in completing its review which
covered parts of three fiscal years.
