Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 50, Draft 10, which includes the
following amendments discussed at the January 5, 2000 Council meeting:
1. Condition H. Insert the words "either", "Community Facilities District", replace
"the Improvement District" with "such district", replace "towards" with "toward"
and replace "Improvement District" with "district."
2. Condition O. Remove the + from 3.3.
3. Condition P. Replace "a donation" with "conveyance".
