Lalamilo, South Kohala, dated July 19, 1991, requesting
the reopening on the matter of Mr. Treadwell's request
for an extension of Condition B of Zoning Ordinance
88-152 (deferred by the Planning Committee pending a
response from the State).
Encloses a copy of letter from State Board of Land and
Natural Resources Chairman William Paty to Planning
Director Norman Hayashi informing that the State did
not have money to acquire the parcels 3, 4 and 5,
except for parcel 6, at this time.
