Attached for your favorable wnsideration is proposed Bill No. 50, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at the Apri120, 1999 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition J. Inserts the ten meter buffer from the property line along the wall,
and that breaching of the Kuakini Wall shall be by non-mechanical means.
2. Condition J. Corrects the spelling of the word "sites" (fourth line from the
bottom). This is an additional correction which was not noted earlier.
3. Coition M. Inserts the first underscored sentence relating to the sewer
eaxment which will be dedicated in fee simple to the County. The phrase `upon
cAmpletion by the developer" at the end of the sentence was not discussed by the
Committee, but inserted after discussion with the Department of Pubiic Works
and the applicaat's attorney.
