SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Hawai`i Island Economic Development
Board, Inc., (HIEBD) for educational field trips to `Imiloa Astronomy Center of Hawai`i for
students in the Puna district.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$10,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
