Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation,to which was referred Bill No. 81,
reports as follows:
Bill No. 81,transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 440
dated August 4, 2015, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as amended), relating to parking.
The bill adds two separate portions of Mohouli Street to Section 24-280 (No parking at anytime),
Subsection (c), South Hilo.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent
of Bill No. 81, and recommends its passage on first reading.
