Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 83,
reports as follows:
Bill No. 83,transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 442
dated August 14, 2015, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as amended), relating to loading zones.
The bill adds the western terminus of Kahauloa Road to Section 24-288.1 (Active loading and
unloading zones), Subsection (f), Kona.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent
of Bill No. 83, and recommends its passage on first reading.
