SUBJECT Transmitting Resolution No. 257-15, Draft 2, Relating to the General Plan.
Please find attached Resolution No. 257-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 257-15 was amended
by the contents of Communication No. 430.2 and Communication No. 430.3, as duly
approved by the County Council during its meeting on September 2, 2015.
The Council suspended Council Rule 24(1)(e), requiring that resolutions amended during
final reading be held over until the next regular meeting, and subsequently adopted
Resolution No. 257-15, Draft 2.
