Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 262-15, Draft 2; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
the Hawai`i Island Economic Development Board, Inc., to Assist With Expenses
Related to 'Imiloa Astronomy Center's Science Program for Schools in the Puna
District
Attached is Resolution No. 262-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 262-15 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 435.1, as duly approved by the Council on September 2, 2015.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e)) requiring the holdover of a substantively
amended resolution and adopted Resolution No. 262-15, as amended to Draft 2.
