SUBJECT: Presentation by Hope Services Hawai'i
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 2(12)(c), I am requesting one hour on October 6, 2015
Committee meeting day for an informational presentation by Director of Development
Chad Cabral on the increase of homelessness in Hawai'i County. Director Cabral will
describe the need for services and the increase of homelessness in the past three years.
Please refer this matter to the Committee on Governmental Relations and Economic
Development.
