SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Hawai`i Police
Department to assist with expenses related to the first Junior Police Officers program at Pahoa
Elementary School.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
