Subject: Bill 71: (M.Wille) Prohibits toxic herbicides on all County owned or maintained property
Dear County Council of Hawaii Island:
I only just received information to testify on
this bill. If possible please include my
testimony to support Bill 71 which prohibits
toxic herbicides on all County owned and/or
maintained property. County property is
public domain, and should not be
contaminated with toxic chemicals which
would expose the people/public to dangerous
health hazards and potential illness.
