What if I told you that a company with a historic, consistent pattern of
manufacturing toxic chemicals, who also has a consistent disregard for human,
animal and environmental health and has been proven to manipulate scientific
research and discredit scientists who find problems with their products, who has
been found guilty of bribery to government officials in Indonesia, was claiming to
offer the world healthy, sustainable, safe, agricultural products that are produced in
laboratories with no government oversight or long term tests to prove their claims:..

The real facts about Roundup and the company that produces it (Monsanto) are
filled with lies and a very insidious propaganda marketing program to produce
profit and convince the general public that these toxic chemicals are safe. The
propaganda that Roundup is safe to use for humans has been cleverly promoted and
they have used their power and money to hire scientist to do studies that falsely
"prove" Roundup to be safe for humans. They also promoted DDT and Agent orange
as safe until these chemicals where unequivocally proven to be highly toxic to
humans, causing innumerous birth defects, illness and long term genetic problems.
Yet many scientists who have studied Roundup not funded by the chemical
companies have found that the chemical "so called" inert ingredients can kill human
cells, particularly embryonic, placental and umbilical cord cells. The inert
ingredients amplified the toxic effect on human cells—even at concentrations much
more diluted than those used on farms and lawns.. The real truth about this toxic
compound is much more complex than most can understand, since few of us here
are chemists and chemical companies do not have to label all the chemicals in their
products due to trade secret laws.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency has found falsifying test results
at research laboratories hired by Monsanto to study glyphosate. France's highest
court ruled in 2009 that Monsanto had lied about the safety of Roundup.
Glyphosate, Roundup's main ingredient, is classed by the European Union as
"dangerous for the environment" and "toxic for aquatic -organisms". Should we
really be spraying this on our public property and exposing everyone to this poison
chemical.
David H. Monroe, an Industrial and Environmental Toxicologist, stated that the
chemical polyoxyethylene alkylamine in RoundUp are contaminated with 1+
dioxane. This compound is carcinogenic, and is known to damage the liver, kidney,
brain and lungs.
A recent study by eminent oncologists Dr. Lennart Hardell and Dr. Mikael Eriksson
of Sweden, has revealed clear links between glyphosate and non-Hodgkin's
lymphoma, a form of cancer.

It has been proven that Roundup is an'Endocrine disruptor. A 2009 in vitro
experiment with glyphosate formulations on human liver cells has observed DNA
damages at sub -agricultural doses, where a Roundup formulation showed to be the
most detrimental formulation. The effects were more dependent on the formulation
than on the glyphosate concentration.
Roundup and most all chemical toxics that kill life forms are poisons that will do
harm to you and your children at a genetic level. We as a species must understand
the underlying long term harmful effects from these toxic compounds and stop
using them on our environment. We should not be forced to breathe and be exposed
to these chemicals in public places where often times we don't even know we are
being exposed to it.
