f <br /> 1 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 278 <br /> 98 99 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br /> DELETING FROM THE CITY OF HILO CIRCULATION PATTERN, THE PROPOSED <br /> 80-FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY NORTHERN KOMOHANA STREET EXTENSION, <br /> PIIHONUA AND PUUEO, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY <br /> 2-3-26:PORTIONS OF 2, 13, 18, 19, 25, 34, 41, 43, 44, 45, 48, 49 AND 50; AND <br /> 2-6-8:PORTIONS OF 35 AND 37. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code, is amended by deleting the proposed northern Komohana Street extension <br /> right-of-way, the proposed 80-foot wide secondary arterial, from the intersection of Komohana <br /> Street and Waianuenue Avenue and onto lands on the Hamakua side of Wailuku River <br /> (approximately 1,900 lineal feet). <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such <br /> invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. <br />
