ORDINANCE NO. 98 108
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-50, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Kaahakini Bridge Rehabilitation Project [$125,000] $135.000
(110-399-5392.93-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $10,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
