BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this bill is to add the Hoomana Road/Malanai Road/Spring Street Drainage Improvement project to the list of Engineering Division Projects, South Hilo Fuel Tax District as specified in Ordinance No. 97-134. SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 98-50, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999, is hereby amended by adding Hoomana Road/Malanai Road/Spring Street Drainage Improvement (110-399-5391.03-115) as an Engineering Division Project within the South Hilo Fuel Tax District. SECTION 3. Funds for this project shall be provided from: 2236.02 Unallotted Appropriation Fuel Tax Increase 94-96 Account of the Capital Projects Fund SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
