COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 322 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99 4 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-50, AS AMENDED, <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this bill is to redistribute the fuel tax <br /> allocation of the Puna Fuel Tax District as specified in Ordinance No. 97-121. The <br /> amount for Engineering Division Projects is reduced by $200,000 and the amount <br /> for Highway/Traffic Division Projects is increased by the same amount to fund <br /> paving of Kapoho Beach Road. <br /> SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, <br /> 1999, is hereby amended by increasing funding for Highway/Traffic Division <br /> Projects by $200,000 and decreasing funding by the same amount for Engineering <br /> Division Projects within the Puna Fuel Tax District. <br /> SECTION 3. Funds for this project change shall be provided from: <br /> 2236.03 Unallotted Appropriation Fuel Tax Increase 96-98 Account of the <br /> Capital Projects Fund <br /> SECTION 4.
