Subject: Resolution No. 280-15; A Resolution transferring/appropriating an appropriation
out and from a designated fund account and crediting same to a designated fund
account to assist with expenses related to the first Junior Police Officers program
at Pahoa Elementary School.
I am requesting to withdraw Resolution No. 280-15 from the Council agenda for October 7,
