AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-58, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2015 TO JUNE 30, 2016.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 15-58, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Water Line Repl., Nohea St., Santos Ln. - State
(110.499.5491.13) $ 550,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
State Grants Receivable $ 550,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
