Aloha Chair Kanuha and Members of the Hawaii County Coungl,
I am testifying in opposition to Resolution 272-15, and in support
of Mayor Billy Kenoi. 01-
While an investigation has yet to reveal any findings in the matter
of Mayor Kenoi's pCard, he continues to work hard every day for
the people of our island.
Mayor Kenoi has gotten lots done for the people of the Big Island,
and there are many more projects in the works.
I grew up in Pahoa, and it's great to see Puna finally getting it's
fair share - the nicest transfer station on the island, and pretty
soon the best park around.
Improvements to Mauna Kea Park have made it one of my
favorite places to stop when I go across the island. And I can't
wait to see Muni golf course when the work is done.
Resolution 272-15 is a distraction from getting things done for the
people of the County of Hawaii. Let's all get back to work.
