Page 2 GREDC-10 October 6, 2015 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 283-15: NOMINATES ENTERPRISE ZONES FOR CONSIDERATION AND DESIGNATION BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I Requests the Governor designate four new Enterprise Zones in Hawai‘i County, which would provide tax incentives intended to foster economic development and generate employment. The proposed designations, delineated in exhibits to the resolution, are Hāmākua, Hilo-Puna, Kona, and Ka‘ū.
