AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1997 TO JUNE 30, 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to
June 30, 1998, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Waimea/Central Fire Stations Retrofit $111,000
(110-299-5299.27-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Fund Balance - Capital Projects Fund, General Obligation
Bonds and/or Other Sources $111,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
