Dirks Ah Sam to the North Kohala Community Development Plan Action Committee: Ayes: Committee Members Chung, Eoff, David, Onishi, Paleka, Wille, and Chair Ilagan - 7. Noes: None. ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 102: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 10-110, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 08-39, WHICH RECLASSIFIED LANDS FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL – 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-10) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL – 20,000 SQUARE FEET (CN-20) AT WAIĀKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAIʻI, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-040:121 (Council Initiated) (Area: 23,559 sq. ft.) Removes the requirement in Condition G to provide curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements along the frontage of the subject property, which is located along the west side of the Kīlauea Avenue/Puainako Street intersection. Reference: Comm. 495 Intr. by: Mr. Onishi Referred Bill 102 to the Planning Director and Windward Planning Commission pursuant to Hawai‘i County Code Section 25-2-43(b), and Council Rule 14-6.
