SUBJECT: Presentation by Associate Justice Michael D. Wilson
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 2(12)(c), I am requesting forty-five (45) minutes on the
November 17, 2015 Committee agenda for a presentation by Associate Supreme Court
Justice Michael D. Wilson regarding the recent establishment of Environmental Court on
Hawai`i island. Justice Wilson's presentation will describe the Environmental Court's
purpose and goals, and case referral process.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate Committee. Should you have any questions, please do
