Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 320-15, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 320-15, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Renee Schoen, via
Communication No. 529 dated September 28, 2015, accepts the dedication of Road Lots 50, 51,
R-3, R-2-B, 501, 502, 503, 6-C and 142, being a portion of Tax Map Key Nos.: 7-3-060:051
(por.), 7-3-061:053 and 054, and 7-3-010:057, situated at Kalaoa 5th, District of North Kona,
Island of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i, from Tri Index Holdings, Inc., a Hawai`i Corporation.
The road lots would be used for public roadway purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 320-15, and recommends its adoption.
